Always surprises! Meeting Ana and Elsa made my grand-daughters half-term. Helpful, friendly staff, original and interesting gifts. They always make time for the children, a special place.

My eight year old girl scrimped together every last bean of her birthday and pocket money to buy a beautiful "Our Generation" doll here yesterday, which we had not seen before, she is thrilled.
